Are Diamondback products covered by a warranty or guarantee?Updated a year ago

If stitching fails or if the pouch wears out from normal use, we will replace it.

If we no longer carry the item you purchased, we will replace it with an item of equal value.

Our warranty does not cover tears or rips caused by saws, knives, chisels, or other such objects. It does not cover abnormal wear and tear caused by misuse of the product. Improper use of your equipment such as hanging tools from the suspender loops on the belt will also void the warranty.

This warranty only applies to items purchased directly from Diamondback® or from a Diamondback® authorized dealer. Based on original purchase date.

This warranty covers tool belts, pouches, tool accessories, and hardgoods (GoPanel, DB Spines, etc..). Please see separate policy for all WorkWear and Technical Apparel.



Diamondback WorkWear is covered under a Limited Lifetime Warranty. This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product, not the lifetime of the user. The Diamondback WorkWear warranty does not cover damages due to neglect, improper use, cuts, burns, or normal wear and tear. If your product fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship, we will replace it at the discretion of our warranty department. If the same product is not available, we will substitute a product of equal or greater value.  


Shopping for apparel online can be tricky. There is no guarantee you will purchase the correct size on the first try. Diamondback accepts returns and exchanges for WorkWear and Technical Apparel under the following conditions.  

Workwear Returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the receipt of the product 

The product must be in brand-new condition 

We will not accept a workwear return/exchange if the product is soiled in any way (dirt, sweat, odors), altered in any way, or has been washed

The product must be sent back to Diamondback and approved for exchange by our staff before a replacement item is sent back to you. Please allow 5-10 business days for your return package to arrive at our warehouse. After it has arrived, an additional 5 business days will be required to process your return.
