How do I change my order?Updated 8 days ago

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, you have a 30-minute window after placing it to make any edits. During that time, you can log into your account at toolbelts.com and make changes directly within your order.

Please note that our customer service team cannot edit orders on your behalf. All changes must be made by the customer within that 30-minute window in your account at toolbelts.com. After this period has passed, the order is locked for processing and no further edits can be made.

Once you're order has shipped, we cannot cancel or reroute your order to a different address.
