How to Redeem Your Diamondback Rewards Points
If you’ve been earning points through our Diamondback Rewards Program, you can turn them into money off your next purchase in just a few clicks. Follow the steps below to redeem your points using our DiamondBucks Rewards pop-up widget.
Step 1: Log into Your Account
- Once you’re signed in, look for the red “Rewards” button (usually in the bottom right corner of your screen). This will take to the Rewards page.
Step 2: Open the Rewards Widget
Click the Ways To Redeem button to open the pop-up widget. Inside, you’ll see your current points balance and any available rewards.
Step 3: Choose Your Reward
- Under the “Rewards” section, you’ll see the different discount levels you can unlock (for example, $5 off, $10 off, $20 off).
- Select the reward you’d like to redeem based on your available points.
- Click “Redeem” next to your chosen reward.
Step 4: Get Your Discount Code
After you redeem, a unique discount code will appear on screen.
You’ll also receive a copy by email, so you can use it later if you’re not ready to check out yet.
Step 5: Apply the Code at Checkout
- Add items to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Paste your discount code into the “Discount code” field and click Apply.
- The discount will automatically update your total.
Step 6: Enjoy Your Reward
That’s it! Your loyalty points have been turned into savings on your Diamondback gear.
