How do I change my order?

Email customer support at [email protected] to request changes to your order.  We are unable to make changes to orders that have been processed.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Typically orders ship in 1-3 business days.  You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships.

Where does Diamondback ship?

We ship products worldwide. Just place your order and we’ll get it there. However, if you live outside of the US and want to avoid paying additional import duties, order through one of our authorized dealers.
